OVERVIEW
Edmonton’s Poet Laureate, Medgine Mathurin, wrote a poem about her unique experience in the city. In collaboration with the Edmonton Arts Council, we produced a performance film of her piece — a cinematic tribute that pairs her words with imagery from locations in Edmonton that hold deep personal meaning.
The end product is a visual celebration of the city’s beauty through the poet’s eyes.
